As Reuters has reported today up to 65 percent of India's Internet users was disconnected on Wednesday because of a outage in an international undersea cable network. Many of India's outsourcing companies had been affected."There has been a 50 to 60 percent cut in bandwidth," Rajesh Chharia told Reuters. Also Reuters reported about 70 percent disruption of Internet in Egypt.
