South Park: Canada On Strike

We all know that South Park episodes are now in public access. Here a new one S12E04 "Canada on Strike". A short description here: "The head of the World Canadian Bureau leads the country into a long and painful strike and the responsibility of brokering a settlement rests with the boys." Not too hard to see where this is going, is it? Thankfully a nice songs was added to bring back the days of "Blame Canada." Two songs within a 22 minute show. The boys from South Park buy into the cause that Canada is suffering because of a lack of proceeds from the Internet revenues and decide to help Canada by staging some Internet viral videos to raise money. There was "Canada On Strike" and "What What In The Butt", the latter of which seemed a mild satire on the Matt Damon/Ben Affleck videos from Jimmy Kimmel Live!

McCain wants G8 to exclude Russia

Republican candidate Sen. John McCain has claimed to expel Russia from the G8 club of countries in his speech in Los Angeles. According to McCain's speech "We should start by ensuring that the G8 ... becomes again a club of leading market democracies. G8 should include Brazil and India but exclude Russia." And other word from McCain on Russia: «Rather than tolerate Russia's nuclear blackmail or cyberattacks, Western nations should make clear that the solidarity of NATO, from the Baltic to the Black Sea, is indivisible and that the organization's doors remain open to all democracies committed to the defense of freedom." It seems he don't like Russia.
