Vladimir Putin watch how Georgia declares state of emergency

Today Georgia’s government declared a state of emergency and accused Russia of managing battles between police and opposition supporters in the G's capital. President of G Mikhail Saakashvili was accused the Kremlin of instigating the violence. In an earlier release likely to enrage Russia’s president, Vladimir Putin, Mr Saakashvili makes the expulsion of three Russian diplomats and recalled Georgia’s ambassador from Russia. G's prime minister said in a televised statement that there had been an effort to overthrow the pro-Western government. M.S. blamed Russian intelligence services for coordinating supporters of the demonstration. M. Saakashvili, appearing on national television, said the violence has pained his heart. But he defended the police and he makes the decision to deploy them.
