Why Google won't buy Skype

There was a rumor yesterday that Google plan to buy Skype but we all know this is not possible. Widely known that Google make deals only with open source free solutions. Closed propritary solution could take a lot of time and resource to be made open and flawless. From this we can make conclusion that this is just rumors.
